We are your dental consultants and we will work with you to provide proper dental solutions. We offer you options and recommendations, but ultimately, it's important for you to choose which treatment is best for you. Also, your fears are our concern. We encourage you to discuss these fears with us so we may help you to overcome them.

What you can expect at our office

Call our office and you will be speaking to Cynthia. Tell her your concerns and she will help you schedule a convenient appointment to meet and speak with our staff and/or the doctor. At your first visit, we will discuss with you your wants, wishes, and concerns. With your permission, we will conduct a thorough exam and oral evaluation. When you are ready to start you will have the option of watching one of our movies or one that you brought from home. During your second visit, we will present an improvement plan including any cosmetic and restorative procedures we may recommend to achieve your wants and goals. We will explain the benefits of each of your options. From there, you will decide which option is best for you. At that point you may schedule an appointment for any dental cleaning or polishing.

Appointments and Time Control

We feel that your time is valuable and except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to make every effort to stay on time. Because we are considerate of our patient's time, we have found that they are, likewise, considerate of our time. We see all patients on an appointment basis. We appreciate 24 hours notice if an appointment time must be changed so that the appointment time can be used by another patient.

Emergency Care

We recognize that you may have an emergency dental situation arise, and if you do, we will do our very best to respond to your problem promptly. If you have a problem, please call us as early in the day as possible.
